- This Member Agreement constitute the entire agreement between me, the “Member”, and GoorMorning Digital Marketing, as further identified in the GoodMorning Digital Marketing General Conditions of Sale.
- I declare and warrant that I am legally able to enter into this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
- As a Member, I am granted the right to purchase GoodMorning products at a discounted price. My product purchases are for personal use only. I may not resell GoodMorning products in any manner whatsoever.
- Any product returns will be subject to GoodMorning Digital Marketing approval.
- Member will not be entitled for reward on the same month when they joined.
- All reward will be calculated and paid before the end of the following month.
- Incentive Payout
PV Point Value Accumulation Period : 1st - end of month
Grace Period : 1st - 7th of every month
*Any return, refund, cancel request after the Grace Period will not be entertained.
Payout Date : by 20th of every month
*Subject to bank processing time. - I understand that this Agreement will remain in effect unless cancelled in writing by GoodMorning Digital Marketing or me upon written notice. GoodMorning Digital Marketing will cancel the Agreement within thirty (30) days of giving or receiving the written notice.
- Upon thirty (30) days prior written notice, GoodMorning Digital Marketing may, in its sole discretion, modify the terms and conditions of this Member Agreement, including termination of the Member Agreement.
